I lost my 8-year-old cousin to leukemia in 2006. As my family and I were leaving his funeral, “Clocks” came on the car radio. It’s one of my favorite songs, and actually cheered me up to hear. I have always thought it was Ethan’s way of telling me to stay strong because things would be okay. Whenever I hear it now, it reminds me of Ethan. It makes me smile.
