Once Coldplay came on, my view from my wheelchair accessible floor seat was blocked by standing fans, and I had to be moved. Since I wasn’t told of that possibility when buying my ticket, I filed a complaint against the venue under the Americans with Disabilities Act. It’s because of me that some of the wheelchair accessible floor seats are now designated “limited view” seats on Ticketmaster.
