This morning I was continuing my recent promise of daily exercise and had the AHFOD Documentary playing. As I finished the run and sat down to catch my breath the documentary finished with Believe in Love and although I haven't had the opportunity to hear the band live, I just felt a cry escape my chest and felt the pain of holding back so much for so long. It was a release. Reminder to love. TY
