I’d just heard their first track on a free NME CD so decided to check them out. They were the support band for a Welsh group called Teris. As soon as they switched on the yellow globe and started playing, you could tell they were already on the journey to greater things. I spoke to Chris a few months later when they supported James at the Shepherd’s Bush Empire about the Forum gig.
