My mother had this one and other Coldplay songs on her phone. I would listen to the Scientist constantly and was so obsessed with it. I was about 12 at the time, I think. Now for a bunch of years I didn't listen to Coldplay because I had this teenage thing going on where I was like despising their music. Recently I decided to give them a chance and fell in love again through that song.
