The band moved in more dancefloor-friendly directions on later records, of course, but up until this point their disco trousers had been well hidden (until their friend Kylie was forced to cancel her Glastonbury headline slot, which was due to be the night after Coldplay’s). You can say what you like, but there’s no question that they wear those trousers well!
