Between January & March 2014, my Dad was in hospital & I was in there everyday making sure he was eating & helping the nurses. In April he was transferred to a Care Centre, & again I was down there everyday making sure he was eating & had company. In June, I came home & saw the video for ASFoS had been filmed in Sydney. Watching that 30s news clip, I felt the stress drop from my body & I felt JOY.
