Being 9 years old and strung up on Coldplay's parachute

I heard the song for the first time on the radio at 9 years old. I was mesmerized. I asked my mom to call in the station to ask my favourite radio host the name of the song and who sang it. There she told me "Coldplay". From that day on, Coldplay would go on to be my favourite band of all time.
