I had X&Y on repeat as soon as it was released. 10 days later my dad died in another country and my family & I had to go pick up his body. X&Y was the soundtrack of this road trip. For years, hearing the start of Square One would get me all choked up. Sometimes it was too much and I would have to skip that song. Thank you, Coldplay for helping me make sense of that sad, new chapter.
