After the mini-heatwave of the previous day (not to mention an after-show party). The day leading up to show number two here is predictably a quiet one.
Mercifully, the heat is less severe today, but it’s still a hot one.
The extra cloud cover and the breeze make it just about the perfect night for outdoor fun.
I also recall Chris’s band introductions on the C-Stage. These have been getting longer and sillier by the day, to the point where here in Belgium, Chris eventually cuts himself short and apologises for “waffling in the land of waffles”.
And after the piledrive through the final few songs, it’s all over. On to Sweden….
